Boundary Surveys

A Boundary Survey includes the location of the boundary lines by finding or placing of the property corners. The location of permanent improvements (house, driveway, fences, walks, sheds, pools, etc.) are shown relative to the boundary lines. Certification to the Owner/Purchaser, Lender and Title Company are included.

Elevation Certificates

An Elevation Certificate contains pertinent elevations relative to the base flood elevation and is used for the application of flood insurance. The form also indicates the elevation of the building and the lowest adjacent grade next to the building. If the Lowest Adjacent Grade is higher or at the same elevation as the Base Flood Elevation the structure is eligible for removal from the flood zone.

ALTA Surveys

ALTA surveys are performed on commercial properties and help to determine property lines, locate improvements, and identify all easements, utilities and other conditions affecting the property.
