Richard Barnes III, PSM President

Richard (Ricky) Barnes III has over a decade of experience in surveying and mapping, serves as founder and president of the firm. Ricky earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2011. His studies included Geomatics and Business Law. He has also acquired certifications in Intermediate Work Zone Traffic Control, CSX RR Safety, and FEC RR Safety.

Brandon Mckee Survey Manager

Brandon McKee completed a degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida in 2018. His specializations included International Trade, Leadership, and Agricultural Extension Services. He has an expertise with working with local municipalities for property line redistributions, site plans, and property closings.

Ida Strenth Secretary

Ida Strenth manages our residential property surveys and BSM’s billing. She works diligently with clients to understand their needs and provide them a quality product done in a timely manner.
